Can a customer confirm a receipt is real?
Yes. A receipt can be looked up again by its number, so a customer or another dealer can confirm it came from your shop.
What happens when a customer swaps their old phone?
You enter the trade-in value on the sale. The old phone is added to your stock and the receipt shows what was paid in cash and what was covered by the swap.
Can I record a sale my staff made?
Yes. Staff sign in with their own number, each sale is recorded against the person who made it, and commissions can be worked out from that.
